He is popularly known for his stage name, Vin Diesel. Little do we know that his actual birth name was Mark Sinclair. The name Vincent comes from his stepfather, Irving H. Vincent.
2. He Has Never Met His Biological Father
Vin Diesel has never seen nor met his biological father. All he knew from his mother was that he has connections from different cultures. Diesel has even identified himself as “definitely a person of color”. His mother, Delora Sherleen Sinclair Vincent, an astrologer, has English, German and Scottish ethnic backgrounds.
3. He Is An Obsessed Dungeons And Dragons Fan.
Vin Diesel has been playing this game ever since he was 12 years old.

4. Before He Became A Well-Known Actor, He Was A Rapper!
He was not yet Vin Diesel during his rapping career, rather, he was identified as Mark Sinclair. During the eighties Diesel teamed up with Avant Garde musician Arthur Russel for a recording session.
Here is a line from the song “Ha ha! Ho ho! Party people! It’s time to get stupid!”. Fortunately, the session was cancelled and never resumed. Still, a job well done for Vin trying new things.
